Seems Abi Titmuss is up for a bit of an image change...

We've always thought of Abs as a bit of a giggle.

Which is why us dwellers of the Showbiz Shed were thrilled to have a natter with her last night.

The blonde babe was all up for telling us about her less-than-dramatic new look:

"I've no fake fingernails, no fake tan, no fake hair anymore. It's all me. I feel much better actually. For a woman, natural is sexier and I feel more like myself."

And it's not only her looks which have changed - it seems teetotaller Abi is going all out on a new life approach.

"I've stopped drinking for six months. I'm much calmer, I've got more spiritual as well. I've grown up in the last few months. I've been doing a lot of reading."

We're just a tad bit scared - who is this new Abi and where's the old one gone?

But there is one shining light at the end of the tunnel - in the form of Abi's upcoming show on ITV2.

"I play a woman who flirts with Jesus, which is going to cause uproar," she told us. "It's a comedy - opposite James Lance as Jesus which will be very funny."

At last a glimpse of the old, flirty Abi. Phew.
