The couple, who announced their trial separation back in January, were papped leaving an Italian restaurant in Malibu looking v happy.
There were no wedding rings on display but their linked arms and touchy-feely behaviour could be a sign that they are back on the road to marital bliss.
After all, Hilary never seemed convinced they'd split for good, saying at the time:
"It's not over, we're not divorced. We've been together for over 13 years and there's a lot of love there... We're still married."
Looks like that's one for love, nil for divorce.
