Rock chick Avril Lavigne has splashed out on a new pad.
It's a mansion that boasts eight bedrooms and more than ten bathrooms.
The three-story, 12,000 square foot house is located in the posh LA neighbourhood of Bel-Air, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Avril and her hubby, Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley, have reportedly paid £4.8 million for the home.
The mansion also boasts an elevator, a sauna and spa, a pool, and garage space for 10 cars.
Estate agent Arnold Horland - whose wife Eva sold the home to Avril and Deryck - told People magazine: "She had to have it."
The house was previously owned by another rock star couple - drummer Travis Barker and his wife, Shanna Moakler.
The couple put the house up for sale in July 2006 after filming their MTV reality show Meet The Barkers at the estate.
Avril and Deryck wed in July 2006...
Avril's third album, The Best Damn Thing, is due out on the 17th April.
