We needed something to provide us with our reality telly fix after the American series finished.

But were we barking up the wrong tree?

Last night was episode three of the latest series and it ain't really hitting our spot.

Shock, horror... but tis true none the less.

We hauled up in front of our TVs, all exictable about the makeover episode, and we have to say we were left disappointed.

Anyone else wondering if these chicks really are the best Britain has to offer in the model stakes?

Anyhoo... the scissors came out and the tears began.

Although the makeovers were pretty underwhelming, the dramatic tears that were spurted you'd think that they'd all been given buzz cuts.

The girls then headed off to film a hairspray commercial on a buckaroo - yee-har.

Next, um, who let the dogs out? No we're not being mean, we were just wondering, as the hounds were then brought on to challenge the girlies during their latest photoshoot.

The elimination round saw Lauren and Louise come under fire, but eventually the judges decided that Louise couldn't cut it in front of the lens - and it was boo-hoos all round.

Come on now BNTM, please raise the game. There's plenty more shows to pop on our Sky+ instead, dontcha know?
