The bubbly brunette has reportedly been offered the massive pay packet for fronting Big Brother again this summer.
The star has been synonymous with the show since her warning asking contestants not to swear on TV became a national catchphrase.
Channel 4 chiefs handed her the bumper payout after admitting they couldn't imagine the show without her.
Davina said she expected Big Brother 6 to be the best yet.
She told the Frank Skinner Show: "Every one is great, but next year will be brilliant."
However, the Big Brother queen has previously said that she was bored with the show.
She told a live internet chatroom: "As a viewer the last week has always been a bit boring to watch for me because - when there are only four in the house - it is so quiet."
