BjorkBjorkWith such a chill in the air, it's ever so pleasant to dream of the summer months...

And with that comes thoughts of festivals - chilling in a field, listening to our fave bands.

And the biggest of all festivals, has to be Glastonbury.

But it seems we're not the only ones with Glasto on our minds...

Its organiser Michael Eavis has been chatting about who will be making appearances on this year's stage.

He let slip a closely guarded secret... that eccentric Icelandic pop star Bjork has been added to the bill.

And also that the Arctic Monkeys are the first headline act to be confirmed.

The Sheffield indie band will top the bill on the main Pyramid Stage during the eagerly anticipated event in June.

Alex TurnerArctic Monkeys' Alex Turner"I rather let it slip that the Arctics were playing," Mr Eavis said.

"They're a fantastic band and will be one of the headline acts. I saw them a few years ago at the Brixton Academy and it was one of the best gigs I've ever been to. Everyone went ape."

Michael also revealed the "biggest band in the world" had phoned him up to headline the festival after Kylie Minogue pulled out, but he told them he could only offer a supporting slot.

"I can't say who they were, but it wasn't U2 or Radiohead, I had my headline acts, so I could only offer them a slot below that, which was a bit of a cheek.

"But I don't think they're going to go for that."

Tickets for the event will go on sale from 1st April, when the full list of artists appearing at legendary Worthy Farm will be announced.
