"Under American law, adoption is a profound and significant act. It normally doesn't take place unless there's already been a marriage.

"Thus, it's reasonable to infer that a marriage is around the corner for Brad and Angelina."

But he's not the only lawyer who thinks Brad could be taking Angie up the aisle.

LA legal hotshot J Craig Williams added: "It would take upcoming nuptials or an agreement to become partners for the court to approve such an adoption."
