Are Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake getting back together?
They could be if Timbaland has anything to do with it.
The hit-maker for Justin and Nelly Furtado has revealed he wants to bring the old Britney back.
"I feel her pain, it really bothers me," Timbaland said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly magazine.
"I'm the type of person who tries to save the world. I just want to take her away, go overseas, and work (it) out."
But his kindness doesn't stop there.... he wants to reunite Brit with her ex Justin Timberlake in the studio.
Timbaland told the mag: "I asked Justin, 'How would you feel about me working with Britney?' I had to ask him that. I said, 'Would you do it with me?'"
And according to Timbaland, Justin agreed - but under one condition: "She's just gotta be serious."
Timbaland added: "I just want to hold her hand. I want her to be in my camp, to be around Justin. I need Justin to talk to her. Help her, please!"
Reps for both Brit and Justin could not be reached for comment but we're well behind this.
