For the past couple of weeks Britney Spears' lawyers have been thrashing matters out in court.
Now, Britney has a new lady in her corner and there's been another custody hearing.
According to TMZ, Britney's new lawyer is Stacy Phillips, who follows in the footsteps of Brit's former lawyers, Trope and Trope.
The latest in the custody ruling was decided by Los Angeles court commissioner Scott Gordon in a closed hearing on Tuesday.
He's ruled that there are no changes to an existing order that prevents Britney from seeing her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
Britney hasn't seen her tots since January, when she was taken to hospital in an ambulance.
Neither Britney, nor her ex-hubby, Kevin Federline, who currently has custody of the children, was present at Tuesday's hearing.
Britney's father, Jamie Spears, currently has control of her assets.
