Britney SpearsBritney SpearsBritney Spears has lost visitation rights of her children, as the court grants K-Fed sole custody.

The latest development in the custody battle between Brit and her ex Kevin Federline comes after the drama which unfolded on Thursday night at the singer's Beverly Hills home.

LAPD were summoned to her house because of what they described as a "custodial dispute". It's believed Britney had refused to hand back her two sons, Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one, after her allotted visitation time was up.

Three hours, six police cars, one fire engine and two ambulances later, Britney was stretchered out of the house and taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Despite reports of a drug overdose, sources close to the singer say the situation had nothing to do with chemical substances, and toxicology reports have yet to be released.

Speaking about the events of Thursday night, an LAPD spokesperson said: "We aren't charging her with anything at this time."
