Britney: Tired Or Drunk?

That's according to her manager.

The pop star was carried out of Pure nightclub in Las Vegas simply because she was tired.

"By about one o'clock, she was just done, so we took her out," Larry Rudolph, her manager, told The Associated Press.

"She was not drunk. She was just tired and falling asleep."

He goes on to claim that the 25-year-old single mum walked out of the club on her own two feet and didn't seek any medical attention.

"There is nothing out of the ordinary here," he concluded.

Reports that she'd fainted are also false, according to a source at Pure.

Britney in early December"She was absolutely not carried out of the club. Her security and Pure's security walked her out... She didn't pass out or faint or any of that."

The star was hosting the New Year bash at the club, which was also attended by Girls Aloud's Nadine Coyle and her man Jesse Metcalfe.

Meanwhile, her estranged hubby, Kevin Federline, saw the New Year in at a party in Miami - where he was seen holding hands with a mystery blonde.
