What's with the scribbles and what does that ring mean?
Britney Spears has been spotted on her way to a meeting in Malibu.
Don't worry, she hasn't escaped, she was being escorted from the clinic where she is still receiving treatment.
Looking cheery, and in a brown wig and cap, the pop star's hand was covered in writing and drawings, including the word PUSH - thought to mean Pray Until Something Happens.
She also rather confusingly had a ring on her wedding finger.
It could be nothing, of course, purely fashion. But it could also mean so much more. Let's not forget Kevin has been to visit his estranged wife inside the Promises rehab centre.
