Brit has been ordered to pay legal bills - but they are not her own.

A Los Angeles court commissioner has ordered Britters to pay her ex-hubby, Kevin Federline, £187,500 to cover his legal fees in their child-custody battle.

Ouch, that’s going to sting even if you’re as loaded as Brit. But maybe she should think herself lucky...

K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was asking for nearly half a million dollars at first.

Brit’s lawyer, Stacy Phillips, argued that Mark Vincent Kaplan was overbilling and that K-Fed can pay his own legal bills.

But Comissioner Gordon, who is overseeing the case, said that Britney’s actions led to a great majority of delays in the case - so has told her to cough up for Kev’s side of the costs.
