Britney Spears appeared dishevelled, wearing ripped tights and an inside-out top.
Brit was snapped taking a fag break during a session at a Hollywood dance studio this weekend.
Puffing on a cigarette, the singer appeared pale in her trademark giant sunnies, with torn clothing and lanky hair.
When one of the photographers asked whether she was planning to attend Sunday night's Grammys, Brit reportedly snapped: "Kiss my a***."
This is one of the first public sightings of Brit since she was discharged from the UCLA Medical Center last week, after spending six days in a psychiatric ward.
Her parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears, said they were extremely disappointed that she had been released, believing that her life was at risk.
Meanwhile, Brit's ex-hubby, Kevin Federline, is said to have softened his stance towards Brit in their ongoing custody battle, by allowing Brit's mum, Lynne, to babysit their kids, Jayden James and Sean Preston, while he attended fashion shows in New York this weekend.
