Spike TV held a testosterone fuelled awards ceremony to celebrate all the things that men just love.

The Guys Choice Award does exactly what it says on the tin - think chicks, sport, comedy, heroes, action, fisticuffs and rocking music.

The red blooded categories are manly, macho and downright mad, including biggest ass kicker, funniest M.F, hottest girl on the planet, sickest rhymes and coolest geek.

Funny man Adam Sandler was the hero of the night, being deemed the ultimate dude and receiving the guy's guy award.

Jessica Alba managed to beat her rival, Jessica Biel, to nab the hottest Jessica accolade.

To give the boys a treat, Carmen Electra was on hand to gyrate the night away, showing off some sexy dance moves in fishnets and knee high leather boots.

The star studded bash featured performances by ZZ Top and Styx as well as presenters and honorees such as Mandy Moore, Steve-O, Will Ferrell and Elisha Cuthbert.
