Although her approach is perhaps more latter-day Cher doing a Mata Hari.
But of course Nancy isn't the first famous lady to notice the merits of a well-cut sari.
Earlier in the year, Liz Hurley ditched her regulation white jeans for a beautiful pink and gold sari at The Breast Cancer Research Foundation's Annual Hot Pink Party.
Though we suspect she might have had the white trousers on underneath.
The likes of Goldie Hawn and Alicia Keyes have also dabbled with the eastern look.
