But it seems that Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards have decided to put the nastiness behind them and sort things out in a calmer fashion.
Well, that's what their lawyers are telling everyone.
In a joint statement, the legal reps said: "Both parties have amicably resolved any outstanding issues on an interim basis."
Denise has also agreed to not reapply for the restraining order against Charlie which has just expired.
There are still no clues about the custody arrangements for their two daughters, Sam, two, and Lola, one.
Charlie, 40, and Denise, 35, married in 2002 and Denise filed for divorce in 2005.
Former Bond Girl Denise is now dating Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora, 47, who was previously married to her ex-best friend, Heather Locklear.
Charlie has been seen out with another lady, property investor Brooke Mueller, 28.
