It seems Charlotte Church has found the key to an effective weight-loss programme.
And her new regime is giving her good vibrations.
Yes, we're talking about a vibrating device - given to her by her man, Gavin Henson, no less.

What we're chatting about is called a Power Plate, a machine that vibrates to tone the muscles.
The Metro claims Char's lost 25kg (4st) thanks to the wonder of this invention.
Although, we must say, we imagine Charlotte's also been following a sensible eating plan.
We're waiting to see what Char's camp have to say about all this chatter - and we're hoping to see more pics of Char soon.
