Cheryl Cole is in for a treat.

The goss' pot has it her hubby Ashley is planning to whisk her away.

The Sun newspaper reports that Ashley wants to splash out on a top notch holiday for Cheryl in Barbados around June time this year.

It's believed he reckons a tropical paradise will be an ideal environment for them to spend some quality time together and sort their relationship out once and for all.

"Ashley has been miserable these past few months and Cheryl's really made him pay for what he did," a friend of Ash's told the newspaper.

"He thinks the holiday will be the final gesture that will make things go back to the way they were before he was caught out."

Cheryl's 22-month marriage to Ashley has been under the spotlight ever since allegations of him cheating on her hit the press at the beginning of this year.

Both peeps have been spotted around town without their wedding rings, and Chez conspicuously distanced herself from Ashley by going on a holiday to Thailand with some of her Girls Aloud buddies.

She's since returned but it's not clear whether they're defo back on or not, as the hotwire spouts fresh goss' juice day by day.
