Forget a workout, our tummies are aching from a night of... laughter.
As we chuckled along with Lily Allen at the British Comedy Awards.
But, just who got us cackling till our eyes watered?
Well, a couple of folk who we nattered to on the purple carpet at London's ITV studios, where the bash was held.
The king of the jungle, Christopher Biggins, revealed what he was really wearing under his swanky kilt, Alan Carr had us blushing with a smidgen of saucy talk, and lovely ladies like Faye Dunaway and Liz Smith were super-sweet.
