Courteney Cox has got personal.
And Britney Spears is the target.
She's only gone and based a telly character on her.
Court plans to use Britters' antics - including her divorce and custody battle with ex Kevin Federline and her bizarre head-shaving incident earlier this year - as inspiration for her show Dirt's second series.
But she reckons that she ain't out to upset anyone.
We wonder how it will go down with ol' Brit though?
Courteney said: "This is not an attack on Britney.
"I am not out to offend anyone."
We're sure Brit will let you know exactly how she feels about it.
