Serial love rat Darren Day has quit West End show Joseph And His Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat over his split with Suzanne Shaw.
Darren, 36, told bosses he could not go on following his break-up from the former Hear'Say singer who is his co-star in the production.
A show insider told The Daily Mirror: "Suzanne signed up as a narrator to keep an eye on the Darren following allegations that he cheated with one of the show's dancers but now they've split the idea of working together is just too awkward.
"He's devastated by the break-up and feels he needs a clean break."
Suzanne ditched the actor in November last year over his reluctance to commit to her and their three-month-old son Corey.
Day had thought about suicide but said: "I'll tell you why I didn't take my own life - my little boy."
A theatre spokesman told the paper: "Darren has been having ongoing vocal problems. It's in everyone's best interests that he withdrew.
"It was his decision and Suzanne is still in the show."
