An ugly Hollywood divorce battle has come to an end...
Liza Minnelli and David Gest are parting amicably.
The pair settled their differences on Thursday and have dropped all legal disputes against each other.
Liza's lawyer, Dorothy Weber, confirmed "an amicable resolution to all outstanding matters" has been achieved.
The couple has agreed to divorce "without fault", which means neither party has accused the other of wrongdoing.
According to David's lawyer, Susan M. Moss, the two will be officially divorced in the state of Tennessee "within the next few weeks".
David sued Liza for $10 million for assault back in 2004, claiming Liza had beaten him, causing nerve damage and hospitalisation.
Liza immediately countersued, claiming Gest stole at least $2 million of her money.
Liza, 60, and David, 53, married in March 16, 2002, and filed for divorce in 2003.
