A judge has banned David Hasselhoff from seeing his two children.
The ruling comes after a shocking video tape surfaced of the supposedly drunk actor.
A judge in Los Angeles suspended David's visitation rights with his two teenage daughters on Monday, the Associated Press reports.
David shares joint custody of Taylor-Ann, 16, and Hayley, 14, with his ex-wife, Pamela Bach.
A hearing has been set for the 21st May to determine if the tape is actually authentic and how it was released to the public.
David's visitation order will remain in effect until the hearing.
The home video reportedly shows David lying on the floor, trying to eat a hamburger while intoxicated.
It's thought the tape was made about three months ago by Taylor-Ann at David's home in Las Vegas.
On the tape, Taylor-Ann is reportedly heard saying: "Dad, you need to promise me you're not gonna get alcohol tonight, OK?"
In a statement released last week, David said the video was "maliciously released" after falling into the wrong hands.
He added: "I've learned from it and I'm back on my game."
