There's more to David Beckham than just a pair of golden balls.
He's also got a rather dazzling sense of style.
The footy hunk told BBC Radio 2 that his taste for extravagant attire developed when he was a little nipper.
He spoke about being a young page boy, and choosing his own alternative to a suit.
Baby Becks opted for a highly stylish get-up involving knickerbockers, long socks and (wait for it...)
A nice pair of ballet shoes.
He said: "My dad gave me a little bit of stick, but I was happy."
David had better not try to pull off such fashion faux pas these days - style queen Victoria Beckham would tell him what's what, that's for sure.
We've investigated David's style over time, but rest assured we found no evidence of ballet pumps, and the only long sock/ knickerbocker type garb comes in the form of his footy kit.
