The world's the limit for David Beckham.
Barcelona, Los Angeles - and now Downing Street...
Does the Becks-style jetset networking know no bounds?
Seemingly not, since hot on the heels of Tom Cruise, Marc Anthony and Snoop Dogg, British premier Gordon Brown can now be added to David's list of unlikely BFFs.
Yup, our v own Golden Balls mixed football with politics last night, as he arrived for an hour-long meeting at Gordon's gaffe - better known as No 10 Downing Street.
David hooked up with the PM at his own invitation, with a No 10 spokesperson saying that the tete-a-tete was a "genuinely private matter".
However, Becks himself was a bit more forthcoming in spilling the PM-type beans - as he left, he told journalists that Gordon was "interested in sports and his football".
He went on: "He is very interested in getting involved in schools around the country."
Eloquent as ever, Becks then expanded on his feeling for the UK leader, saying:
"He's a very good man, you know, he's a man that's looking after our country and he is doing a very good job."
We imagine Gordon will be blushing at such flattery.
