Denise Van Outen has stepped up her hunt for Mr Right.

The star recently split with record-producer Ferdie Unger-Hamilton and feels that at 31 she should settle down and have babies.

"I enjoy being single but at the same time I feel a little bit of pressure," Denise told the Daily Mirror.

"When I meet a new guy, straight away I'm questioning whether he's The One. You have to be brutal at my age, if it doesn't feel right, you have to move on."

The girl has certainly got focus... and a check-list for potential Mr Van Outens.

"I'm looking for someone who's reliable and will be there for me... He would have to understand my job... and be OK with the paparazzi..."

Louise RedknappLouise RedknappEx-fiances Jay Kay and club boss Richard Traviss didn't work out, but that's only made Den more determined.

The Where The Heart Is and Chicago star also has a clear idea about the sacrifices a celebrity wife and mum must make. 

"I really admire Louise Redknapp. She stepped out of the public glare, realising the importance of spending time with her family.

"She's a great role model for young people. She has done things very differently to Victoria Beckham."

Ouch.
