Denise Says No To Fat

Denise Richards Denise Richards is giving fat the red light.

But not in the conventional sense.

It's fat chat she's had enough of.

The sexy (and slim) actress has vowed never to speak about weight issues in front of her two daughters - Sam, four, and two-year-old Lola.

"I'll never talk about weight around my girls," Denise told Shape magazine.

"And they'll never hear me say, 'Mommy's feeling fat today.'

"That kind of attitude just makes young girls grow up to be dissatisfied with their bodies."

Wise words, Den.

But weight talk aside, Denise admitted she does drive home the importance of exercise to her kids, saying:

"I exercise almost every day. The girls usually play in the workout room with me, so they're learning by example."
