Cameron DiazCameron DiazWe all know Cameron Diaz has a bit of trouble with spots - and she knows we know.

So the last thing she probably wanted to hear is that director Danny Boyle has been chipping in with more tales of Cam's bad skin.

The Trainspotting and Shallow Grave director worked with Cameron on the film A Life Less Ordinary and he claims, in the flesh, her acne-scarred skin makes her far from a sex symbol.

"Some days she looked stunning, while other days she looked terrible," Boyle unkindly told the Birmingham Mercury. "Really rough," he went on.

OK Dan, we get the picture.

"We had to get the make-up artist to work hard on Cameron and make sure she had good lighting that didn't show her up."

As some kind of recompense, Boyle added: "But she had no attitude to how she looked whatsoever."

With Boyle having new film Millions to plug at the moment, you'd think he'd have held off from offending Cameron fans for just a while.
