Dita filed suit against the adult-oriented trade show, Erotica claiming they stiffed her on performance fees.
And it only took them a day before the company paid up.
Dita filed the suit against Erotica Limited on 13th March, claiming they owed her half of the £25,000 fee she was promised for performing her burlesque act.
Whizz forward 24 hours...
And on 14th March, Erotica Limited paid in full.
That’s how to get things sorted.
All that was left for Dita to do was put forward documents to the LA County Superior Court asking that the suit be dismissed, which she did earlier this week.
