Erotica Ltd to be precise, Dita’s filed a suit against the company claiming she hasn’t been paid for several shows she performed in London for them last November.

So she’s now filed a breach of contract suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court alleging Erotica Ltd owes her around £12,500 for her appearance at their 2007 trade show.

TMZ had obtained copies of the court documents that state that after she went down so well at the 2006 show, the organisers began negotiating in April 2006 for her to appear again months later in November.

She said she agreed to perform her show twice daily in London for £25,000, double what she had been paid the year before.

The suit also alleges Erotica Ltd put Dita’s snap on the show’s pamphlet and advertised the event on radio and in print.

Dita claimed the company paid her £12,000 after they signed the deal, but still owes her another £12,500, and now they’ve gone quiet on her.

Despite allegedly not paying her, Dita claims the company has already used her 2007 performances to promote this year’s event.
