Dita's Swan Song

Dita Von TeeseDita Von Teese is making a real song and dance over something.

And she's even going to court.

And it all surrounds a swan. Confused? Then read on...

She'd got a guy to build her a swan but it hasn't gone according to plan.

TMZ has obtained a lawsuit, filed in LA County Superior Court, in which Dita claims she hired the defendant, Fred Knaff, to build her a 10-foot-high swan with a fountainhead in the beak in which she could perform her act, which she calls Swan Lake.

Ahhh... we hear you cry, it's suddenly all become so clear.

So what's her gripe exactly?

She says she paid Fred thousands of pounds for a bust swan.

She claims the mechanical bird went gaga at the debut of her show in Toronto last year.

She sent the swan back in a box but she states that Fred refuses to fix or return it and poor ol' Dita says she can't perform without it and it's cost her more than £100,000.

We reckon this ain't the last we'll hear on this one.
