Now, we've all had an awkward disco moment or two when, after one too many Babyshams, we've strutted our stuff like John Travolta - but looked more like David Brent.

Thank the heavens above, however, that there are no cameras about when such limb-flying madness occurs.

But there's no such luck for the famous ones among us. Oh no, as soon as a celebrity hits the dancefloor you can guarantee a photographer will follow.

And so ensues all manner of hilarious pics of them looking very foolish indeed. And in some cases, downright weird.
