Well, the pair were spotted leaving the Hyde nightclub in LA, last week and photographers have been on their trail ever since - following them to and from each other's hotels.

Allegedly, of course. They might have been going to see someone else entirely...

And before you get too carried away, Pen's people have insisted: "They are not dating."

So, just good friends, eh?
