Actor Goran Visnjic probably thought his secret was safe.
But boy, was he wrong...
The ER hunk, who plays Dr Luka Kovac on the medical drama, has 'fessed up to having had an extramarital affair during a trip to his native country of Croatia.
The confession comes a week after the actor was sued by 36-year-old Croatian Mirela Rupic, who claimed the actor was her child's father.
Goran, 34, admitted in an interview with Croatia's Story magazine: "(The affair) is not something that I'm proud of, of course.
"But I am ready to accept all the consequences of my act."
Goran also revealed he remembers "nothing" from the night because he was jet-lagged and had consumed alcohol.
The encounter happened while he was alone on holiday last summer.
He continued: "I was always against cheating. I still can't believe I did it."
Goran has since agreed to take the paternity test to see if he's the father of the woman's four-month-old daughter.
