US comedienne Ellen DeGeneres has stolen Ringo Starr's step-daughter's lesbian lover, according to reports.
Sexy Ally McBeal star Portia de Rossi dumped Francesca Gregorini, who is the daughter of ex-Beatle Ringo's wife Barbara Bach, for Ellen.
Ellen's lover Alexandra Hedison has also moved out of their home in the Hollywood Hills after four years together.
"Ellen is now deeply in love with Portia," says a source.
The New York Daily Post claims despite instigating the split, Ellen is still heartbroken.
The paper claims she was spotted "crying hysterically on her phone" in the lobby of a hotel after a Christmas party.
Ellen, 46, and 31-year-old Portia met nine months ago on a photo shoot and Portia claimed to pals they fell in love instantly.
