Had she acted like a spoilt princess, she might have been let into the VIP tent with her girlfriends - Peaches and Pixie Geldof and Kelly Osbourne.

But, sadly, a bouncer turned the young princess away from the VIP tent at the Wireless festival, because he just didn't know who she was.

Try as she might, Eugenie still wasn't given access - even after a polite attempt to explain who she was, he just laughed in her face.

Let's face it, the poor guy was only doing his job - he probably gets a squillion girlies trying to get past him with the immortal line: "Please let me in I'm a princess."

Rather than kicking up a fuss when he told her to go away, Eugenie rejoined the faceless crowd - and when the organisers of the event realised what had happened, they couldn't find her.

Luckily Eugenie returned to the enclosure shortly afterwards and was given the all-star treatment along with her gal pals - full access to the swanky O2 tent for the opening sets of the festival - before partying all night.
