She was given the all-clear three months ago.
But in a sad turn of events the Daily Mail reports that Farrah Fawcett's cancer has returned.
In September 2006 she was diagnosed with intestinal cancer and underwent surgery and chemotherapy.
On her 60th birthday in February this year, she was given the good news that she had a clean bill of health.
But during a recent routine check-up doctors apparently found a small cancerous polyp.
Friends of Farrah's are quoted in the Daily Mail as saying that she has opted to not have chemotherapy.
Instead they say she's going to have a metal pellet implanted in the cancerous area. The pellet is said to emit radiation and destroy the polyp.
"She is handling it like everything in her life - with a positive attitude," her former Charlie's Angels co-star Jaclyn Smith has been quoted as saying.
