His rep confirmed the good news, and a source told People: "Fergie called a lot of her girlfriends today to tell them the news.
"She said they don't know what kind of wedding they want yet, but that she is the happiest girl on earth."
We bet she is. There's nothing better than a big diamond for Christmas.
She and Josh have been dating for three years.
