The Sun reports that Gav has been charged with disorderly conduct after the dramas last week.
They also report that three of Gav's pals face the same charge, after they upset passengers on a train returning to Cardiff, from London.
Gav has been summoned to appear before a Cardiff magistrate in the new year.
The Sun reports train passengers complained about 'being showered with beer", the use of strong language, and a complaint from a woman who alleges she was called a, well, not very nice name.
A spokesman for Gavin's club, the Ospreys, has said: "Gavin vehemently denies the charge and the Ospreys are fully in support of him."
