The other one.

One man who can look back on 2006 and feel proud, is Gary Lineker.

But what has the ex-footy player done that's so great?

Well, Gary was Britain's most watched TV host in 2006.

Two thirds of viewers - that's around 36.4 million people - saw him on TV, hosting Match Of The Day and the World Cup, among others.

That's a lotta people. Gary must be awfully tired.

He was more watched than several other major celeb hosts, such as Chris Tarrant and Philip Schofield, who were seen by 32.9 million and 32.4 million viewers respectively.

He was also ahead of the most watched female - Big Brother hostess Davina McCall, who had an audience of 30.7 million.
