Geri Halliwell is thought to have found herself a toy boy date, in the shape of Pop Idol's Darius Danesh.
The 32-year-old former Spice Girl has reportedly been on several dates with the 24-year-old Scottish hunk.
The 5ft 2ins singer has told friends she is head over heels about the crooner.
A friend of Darius told the News Of The World: "She's fallen for him very hard and very quickly. She even says Darius is the man of her dreams."
"They may seem like an odd couple but it looks like the real thing. Geri has been swooning that Darius is absolutely gorgeous."
The pair apparently got together at the Tickled Pink breast cancer charity concert at the Royal Albert Hall last month, where they both performed.
They are said to have been on several dates since, and live just round the corner from each other in Kensington and Chelsea.
Geri has not had the most successful love life in the past, dating bad boys Robbie Williams and Chris Evans.
Darius recently split from actress Natasha Henstridge.
Geri's spokesman told the News Of The World: "They are friends but Geri is still single."
