Golden Globe TV Winners

Emily BluntThis time last year, Emily Blunt wasn't a name many of us had heard of.

But now she's winning over Hollywood.

The British actress took home the best supporting actress gong for her role in Gideon's Daughter.

Emily had also been nominated in the film category for her part in The Devil Wears Prada, but lost out to Dreamgirls star Jennifer Hudson - still one out of two ain't bad for a newcomer...

In a shock move, America Ferrera won best actress in a comedy or musical - an award that had been expected to go to one of the Desperate Housewives.

However, the mini-series Elizabeth I was arguably the biggest winner on the night - picking up two acting nods (for Helen Mirren and Jeremy Irons) and the award for best TV mini-series or TV movie.
