Rather, she described the experience to The Metro as "scary".

Meanwhile, chatting about her new movie, Things We Lost In The Fire, she also revealed the person she'd still most like to work with in Hollywood.

She said: "I still want to work with Denzel Washington. I'm hoping that one day the right script will come along and Denzel will give me a call."

Halle's first baby is rumoured to be due on Valentine's Day this year, and she mentioned in the interview that she "can't wait for the day my baby comes".

On winning an Oscar she said: "If I don't ever win another one, it wouldn't mean that I wasn't good. You have to take it with a grain of salt."

She went on: "In Monster's Ball I went nude, which was really scary, but I took the chance to try something new, and I want to keep that approach to my career."
