Whose surf fall?Talk about a blue crush.

Matthew McConaughey has taken a tumble.

We always had him down as such a pro at, well, most physical activities.

The frankly luscious actor has been out pounding the surf in Hawaii... as you do.

During which he was giving his v impressive set of muscles a chance at becoming even more defined - and hats off to him for that.

But as he was gliding smoothly along on a big board, along came a mahoosive wave and swept down his mighty form.

If only we residents of the Showbiz Shed were lifeguards and Matt needed mouth-to-mouth.

Anyway, we digress - in all seriousness we're sure the 38-year-old star was fine.

He's usually so good at all the sporty stuff.
