Heather MillsHeather MillsHeather Mills is like a Duracell bunny... she just keeps on going.

Her courthouse saga has continued today.

So what’s the latest in the her divorce battle?

Yep, the story has developed further, the day after Heather won a fraction of the settlement she was seeking from Sir Paul McCartney in their divorce battle.

Heather wanted to contest the judge’s ruling that the full text of the judgement should be published.

However Mr Justice Bennett’s High Court ruling has been revealed in full after Heather was told she could not appeal against its publication.

And according to the judge Heather’s evidence in her divorce case with Sir Paul was "inconsistent, inaccurate" and "less than candid."

On Monday Mr Justice Bennett issued a summary of his judgement, which ruled that Sir Paul will have to pay Miss Mills a lump sum of £16.5m as opposed to her claim for almost £125m.

Mr Justice Bennett explained the decision to release the full judgement, and said he was anxious to end all the speculation surrounding the divorce proceedings.

Heather said she wanted it to stay private as the judgement involved matters relating to their daughter, Bea, such as where she went to school and what she did.

She was not in court to hear two Court of Appeal judges rule that divorce hearing judge Mr Justice Bennett’s decision to publish his entire ruling could not be challenged.

In his ruling the judge described Heather as having "a strong-willed and determined personality", and as being a "kindly person and devoted to her charitable causes".
