The verdict is in for Heather Mills and Sir Paul McCartney.

Leaving the High Court, Heather told reporters that an agreement had been reached with her estranged husband.

Heather said: "I'm so glad it's over and it was an incredible result in the end."

She added that she was, "very, very, very pleased" after the three-hour hearing.

"All in all, we come out with nearly £25 million. Sir Paul offered me 15.8 all in, including the properties, and I got  24.5, I don't remember the figures."

The summary also read that the total value of Paul's assets, totalled about £400m and that financial provision for their little 'un would include a yearly payment of £35,000 plus nanny and school fees.

The pair married in 2002 then divorced just four years later, announcing an "amicable" split in 2006. 

Yet their divorce battle has been anything but.

The 40 year old concluded: "The  most important thing for me is to get this over and done with."
