And she has been sharing her own experience.
She had a brush with the diddy size after a celeb mag gave her a dressing down for apparently looking chubby...
Let's remember that Hil is 19 years old and at any age such nasty comments can be hard to handle.
She told the Daily Mirror that after the incident she almost shrank down to a size zero: "I did get skinny.
"When I read 'Duff Puff - she's gained 15lb!', how would any normal person react?"
