At the Independant Film Awards in London, the Pride And Prejudice star was awarded a gong for UK Personality Of The Year.
Fresh from filming Pirates Of The Caribbean, she wore a super-slimming white dress - which only someone as trim as Keira could carry off in the shoulder area.
Her Pride And Prejudice co-star Rosamund Pike also turned up - looking stunning - to collect her award for the best supporting actress for her role in The Libertine.
Another winner was The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe's White Witch Tilda Swinton - who won an award for outstanding achievement.
Other stars to attend the event at London's Hammersmith Palais included Joely Richardson, Damian Lewis and Emilia Fox - plus plenty more.
