It looks like Nicole Richie is sticking with the scrawny look.
The reality TV star's dramatic weight loss earlier this year sparked fears for her health and still now she is impossibly skinny.
The former best buddy of Paris Hilton was spotted out having lunch with some friends in Third Street in Hollywood.
However, onlookers claim that she didn't exactly wolf down her plate of food.
Dressed in a white vest top and black trousers, when she got up to leave, her diddy frame was obvious for all to see.
And the enormous shades that she was wearing only accentuate her shrunken self, as they're almost as wide as her hips.
Her skinny mate Lindsay Lohan - who also became worryingly thin earlier this year - has since put some weight back on and is looking great again.
So far, it seems that Nicole isn't following suit.
